Shipping Locations

- Domestic (PAN India): We offer shipping across India, with a few exceptions due to courier restrictions. You can check delivery availability by entering your pin code on the Checkout Page.

- International: We ship worldwide, excluding certain locations. Shipping rates and availability can be checked at the time of checkout.

Free Shipping

- PAN India Orders: We proudly offer free shipping on all orders across India.

- Cash-On-Delivery (COD): COD is not available for international orders.

Shipping Process

- Dispatch Time: Orders are typically shipped within 24-48 hours. In rare cases, there might be a slight delay, and we will keep you informed via email, WhatsApp, or SMS.

- Shipping Days: We process and ship orders Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Our logistics partners ensure safe and timely deliveries.

Delivery Timeframes

- Domestic Delivery: Generally, deliveries within India take 3-7 business days. However, transit times may vary due to courier loads, local conditions, festive holidays, natural calamities, and other unforeseen factors. International Delivery Charges

- Calculation: International delivery charges are based on product weight, destination, and other factors. The shipping rates displayed at checkout are final.

- Customs and Handling: Customs charges and handling fees, if applicable, will be communicated by the courier service provider upon delivery. These charges are not included in the total order value and must be paid by the customer.

Customs Duty & Regulations

- Charges: Your shipment may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other applicable government charges upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

- Compliance: Before placing an order, please review the cosmetic laws and regulations in your country. YplayZ is not liable for any customs or regulatory issues.

- Non-Payment: If customs charges are not paid, the parcel may be held or destroyed by the logistics partner. YplayZ is not responsible for such cases.

- Returns Due to Customs Issues: If the parcel is returned to YplayZ due to non-payment of customs duties, the customer will bear all shipping, return, and applicable charges. Refunds will only be processed in rare cases where the shipment is returned to our warehouse. If the shipment is not returned, no refund will be issued.
