Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

At Y Play Z, we take great care in packing and shipping our products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. However, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. Please review our return and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.  

1. No Returns or Exchanges 
Products purchased from YPlayZ are not eligible for return or exchange once sold (since the items are classified under “Hygiene, health and personal care products”).

2. Exceptions for Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Shipments 

   We will only consider exchanges or replacements in the following cases:  
   - The product was damaged during transit.  
   - The wrong product was delivered.  
   - The package was lost in transit.  
In such cases, we will replace the affected item as soon as possible and please 

3. Reporting an Issue
   - Customers must inspect their order immediately upon delivery.  
   - Any issues (such as missing or damaged items) must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.  
   - A clear, unedited unboxing video must be recorded from start to finish while opening the package. This video should clearly show:  
   - The condition of the packaging.  
   - Any damage or missing items.  
   - The video and supporting images must be submitted to our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery for the request to be considered.  To initiate a return due to above reasons, please send us an email to care@yplayz.com within 24 hours of receiving your order with the concerned details.
 Note: Requests without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.  

4. Courier-Related Damage 
   If the package arrives damaged, report it immediately with video evidence so we can take it up with the courier company.  

5. Strict Quality & Packing Checks
   - All orders are packed under strict supervision and recorded on our warehouse cameras.  
   - If our records confirm that the correct items were packed and shipped, we will not be responsible for any missing products.
