Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
- Order Cancellation: Please note that cancellation will be possible only before the product is dispatched.
- Before Shipment: You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. If you want to cancel an order that hasn't been shipped, you can cancel it by reaching us only on our email at care@yplayz.com
- Note:
- Cancellation of an order is possible as long as order has not been shipped yet from our warehouse.
- Individual items in an order cannot be cancelled or altered once they are placed
- For Domestic (India) Prepaid orders, Rs 100 will be charged as cancellation charges during the refund process.
- For International prepaid order, customer is responsible for 5% exchange fees on the total value of the order and the balance would be refunded to the original account.
- In a rare scenario of your order being cancelled due to non-availability of stocks for over 30 working days, the full amount would be refunded back to the original payment method, and an email would be sent to you for the same.
- Refunds processed based on the scenario above typically take 5-7 business days to reflect from the day the refund has been initiated.
- No Cancellation After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped or dispatched and assigned to a delivery partner, it cannot be cancelled.
- Returns & Exchanges
Products purchased from YPlayZ are not eligible for return or exchange once sold (since the items are classified under “Hygiene, health and personal care products”).
However, there are exceptions like below in which case the order will qualify for a free replacement:
- If the items are received damaged in transit and unusable
- Wrong product is delivered
- Expired product is delivered
- Incomplete order – items are missing
To initiate a return due to above reasons, please send us an email to care@yplayz.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with the following details:
- Order number
- Contact details
- Picture of the wrong, expired or damaged product.
After reviewing your return request, we will send our courier partners to pick up the products delivered to you. After your product is received at our warehouse, it is checked by our quality control team.
The team will verify it against the claim and once the product passes the quality control, a replacement or refund is initiated accordingly. Please note that replacement will depend on stock availability. Once the refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that under below conditions return/replacement requests are not accepted:
- Opened/used/altered products
- Original packing (mono cartons, labels, promotional merchandise etc.,) missing
- The complaint is received post 48 hours of receiving the product
- International Orders
- No Returns/Exchanges: International orders are not eligible for return, exchange, or replacement.
- Cancellation:

Unshipped prepaid orders will be refunded in the form of a credit note within 5-10 business days from the date the credit note request is processed.
- Refunds: Refunds for international orders are provided only if:
- The products are spoiled or damaged in transit,
- The wrong product is delivered.

- Products Not Eligible for Return
The following products are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
- Products damaged or degraded due to use or overuse,
- Products with missing items, damaged original packaging (including price tags, labels, or tampered packaging), free gifts, and other accessories,
- Products with altered serial numbers.
- Product Safety
- Patch Test: We recommend doing a patch test before using our products, which are made with safe ingredients. If you experience any irritation or redness, discontinue use immediately.
- Environmental Factors: Natural ingredients may react to environmental factors like heat or cold, causing them to solidify or become liquid especially during transit. While we take utmost care, these reactions are beyond our control.
- Shipment Inspection
- Upon Receipt: Please check the contents of your shipment immediately upon receipt and report any discrepancies with photo evidence.
- Packaging: All our packaging is done under strict supervision If there are any issues, we will review the evidence. If sufficient evidence proves all relevant products were sent, we will not be liable for any loss.
- Damaged Shipments
- Reporting Damage: Any damage to the shipment should be reported to us immediately with photo images. If the shipment is completely damaged, please reject or return it.
- Order Modifications & Cancellations
- Modification: Orders cannot be modified once placed.

- Email Notifications
- Order Updates: YPlayZ will regularly send email and sms/whatsapp updates regarding orders received, shipped, and shipping updates. Please ensure your email settings allow you to receive these emails. We are not responsible for missed emails/sms due to incorrect email or mobile number settings.
- Product Appearance & Packaging
- Color Variations:Due to variations in lighting, location, or climatic conditions, product colors might vary slightly. However, the quality of the product will remain unchanged.
- Packaging Updates: YPlayZ may update product packaging and containers from time to time. While we strive to update our website regularly, there may be instances where you receive an updated version of a product before the site reflects these changes.
- Customer Queries

Social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook are managed by a different team and are primarily for marketing purposes. We encourage you to raise specific issues through the provided email to ensure timely resolution.
- Response Time: We typically respond to queries within 5 business days. If there is a delay, we will inform you, especially if we need to check with external parties like Payment Gateways or Courier partners.
- Privacy Policy
- Data Protection: We do not share your personal information with anyone. Sensitive information entered online is encrypted and transmitted using SSL (Secure Socket Layers) technology.
- Animal Testing
- Vegan Products: Some of our products are vegan (please check ingredient lists to verify), and none of our products are tested on animals.
- Allergic Reactions
- Patch Testing: Allergic reactions to our ingredients are rare, but we recommend testing products on a small patch of skin for 24 hours. If redness or irritation develops, discontinue use immediately.
